There is power in working together. No matter how skillful a person is, there are areas where others probably do better. Synergy is created when individuals work together, complementing others’ weaknesses with their own strengths and vice versa. Even more important are the outcomes, which are greater and better than the sum total of the individual achievements.
Networking helps to extend our reach. Successful people have relationships that help to open doors for them, support them to achieve more than the ordinary, and to live the life of their dreams.
Who are you connected to? Yesterday’s associations are by-gones. Today’s relationships may be great for the moment but may not take you to your desired future.
Find the people who stretch your thinking, who don’t just point out your faults, but help you overcome them. These are the ones who stand with you as you face challenges and applaud you as you overcome each one. They let you know that you are greater than where you’re at today. They keep reminding you of who you can become.
